BBC Audiobooks America was first located in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, as a large print publisher (Curley Publishing). Chivers Press acquired Curley Publishing , renamed it Chivers North America and moved operations to Hampton, New Hampshire where we began to publish and distribute audiobooks. In August 2001, BBC Worldwide Ltd. acquired Chivers Press, including Chivers North America. We soon became BBC Audiobooks America and continued to operate out of New Hampshire until October 2005. We now make our home in North Kingstown, Rhode Island to accommodate our continued growth.
