    Bravo Wood Fired Pizza is a new concept in creating an old world favorite. It used to be that the only way to enjoy real wood fired Neapolitan style pizza was to go to a restaurant with a wood fired oven or have an oven built in your back yard.
     
    Now the authentic wood fired Italian brick oven comes to you. Bravo has a unique mobile wood fired Italian brick oven on a custom made trailer to make the finest old world style pizza at almost any location.
     
    Starting with the best ingredients including imported Italian pizza flour and tomatoes, we create delicious Neapolitan style pizza to order in only minutes. Baked at 900 degrees the crust is crispy on the outside and light and airy inside with a taste that few have experienced. 
     
    Bravo is available for private parties, corporate events, fundraisers and select farmer’s markets in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. We can sell pizza and beverages at your event at no cost to you. Call us for details and available dates.

Imported Italian flour, San Marzano tomatoes, and a variety of toppings and cheeses are combined to create our classics and your guests' favorites while they watch.  We offer a catering package to fit any event and your budget.
