APPLE CONSTRUCTION CORP. is a gneral contractor registered in Rhode Island, #24, building site built custom homes, modular homes and additions, panelized contruction, remodeling, kitchens, bathrooms, decks, garages, siding and roofing.  We also do Commercial Construction, Interior Remodling and Site Work.

The President of APPLE CONSTRUCTION CORP. Richard Welch, has been bulding homes in Rhode Island since 1973.  During this time he has served on the Rhode Island Builders Association Board of Directors, Rhode Island Contractors Registration and Licensing Board, the North Kingstown Building Code of Review and has passed the Building Inspectors test for the State of Rhode Island.

Richard's experience in site development and constrcution over these many years will help you with your construction project by keeping it on schedule and on budget.  His ability to see possible problems before they surface and his willingness to share ideas with his customers help make any construction project successful and more satisfying.
