Attorney Nancy Oliver has been practicing law for 29 years. Nancy graduated from the University of Rhode Island in Secondary Education and English. She went on to receive her Master’s Degree in Guidance and Counseling. Her basic interests in the kids and their families drew her to law and in particular, family law. She was one of the lucky few who clerked for the Rhode Island Superior Court. Thereafter, she opened her office in Wickford where she concentrated on family law, real estate, Wills, estates and probate matters. Nancy has received numerous awards while practicing, including:
· a Citation for outstanding service to the Supreme Court,
· the Pro Bono Publico Award,
· the Rhode Island Coalition for the Homeless Award,
· the Dorothy Lohmann Community Service Award,
· the Rhode Island Bar Association Continuing Service Award, and
· a Senate Citation for Outstanding Service to the Rhode Island Bar Association.
Nancy puts her heart into each and every case and has been pleased with how she has been able to help people over the years.
